This weeks VA Loan Recap:

  • Prime Rate 3.25%, 30 yr. fixed rate mortgages are DOWN .20% over last week and closing at 5.4%.
  • And, for the first time in a while,  savvy borrowers have the option to float their loans with the hope of snagging a fantastic last minute deal!
