The lender I am working with informed me that they could not pull it from the VA’s automated system. This document was the only thing holding me up from closing on my property. I contacted the VA Loan Store while researching the VA loan process. I have purchased homes before, but never with a VA loan. Trent contacted me shortly thereafter and explained the differences between conventional, FHA, and VA loans to me. He also forwarded my Certificate of Eligibility to me, FREE of charge. Also, I have not received any spam from these guys – something that I had expected, but am glad I have not gotten. Lastly, I would like to point out that Trent was absolutely honest when I inquired about interest rates, out of state lending, and his military service. This may not be a big deal to you, but it is a huge deal in this age. Outstanding!
